We understand that you might have last-minute changes or design requests. That's why we maintain open communication throughout the project. We want your voice to be heard, and we want you to be satisfied with every step of the process and the end result.
SIT-DOWN MEETING
We sit down together and talk about what you want from the project. With your input, we draw up the initial plan.

Our team designs and draws up a plan of your project, including a breakdown of the steps and a diagram/blueprint of the project.

Once you sign off on the details, we build. Your vision becomes reality.

SIT-DOWN MEETING
Step one is a meeting. This is where we get to know you and discuss our work together. Our team comes to your house so we can see the space where you want the work done. We also take photos, measurements if needed and inspect the surrounding area for any potential problems. Most sit-down meetings must be at your house, but depending on the project we can use a video conference. ( Zoom meetings must be requested ). We need to gather as much information as possible to make your project a success. We ask that you provide anything to help create your plan. This could be pictures, photos, Pinterest links, pins, Instagram posts, etc. Anything you have helps us know what you envision. During this time, we will discuss the project time schedule and your budget.
DESIGN ASPECTS
What's better than a drawing? A conplete 3D rendering of your house that includes your dream design. Our designers will take your ideas from our meeting and create a series of concept drawings and 3D renderings to scale. Once completed, you’ll receive a google link that includes a folder with your name and project name. Inside this folder will be sketches, documents, 3D renderings, and any changes. You provide feedback and request revisions until the design is to your satisfaction. We only move to the final step with your approval.
CONSTRUCT
Our team of skilled carpenters will work on your existing living space and transform it into the space you dreamed about. Our staff works with you on any last minute changes in your project, from paint and stain color to the finishes on your handles and drawer knobs. Our team is with you start to finish.
When you’re ready, we will begin the project work. We do the demolition, renovations, and installation. We also secure inspections and permits so you don't have to. We assure you that the project will be up to code and surpass your expectations. All you had to do was sign some paperwork; we take care of everything else. If you have your own preferred plumber, electrician or another subcontractor that you’d like to work on this project, we would be happy to work with them, too.
